Equiti Metro Station – A Brief Introduction
Since the date of its establishment to till now, approximately four names are given to the Equiti Metro Station. Likewise, many tourists will be surprised why there are sudden modifications but it all depends on certain reasons. The station was first opened to the public with the very initial name First Gulf bank metro Station on October 15, 2011. Later on September 21, 2017, the station’s name became First Abu Dhabi Bank. But on November 24, 2020, it was renamed Umm Al Sheif to serve this area. However, a modification to the name was done on April 18, 2022, to Equiti metro station until 2023 due to the Equiti Group (brokerage Service Provider).Location | Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Quoz, Dubai |

Checking the operating times for the arrival and departure of trains is very much essential as the first-time user of Dubai Metro may miss the train. The most convenient way I prefer to use during my visit was to install the RTA (Road & Transport Authority) app on my smartphone. The reason is that the app provides information for other transport services too like metro buses, Taxis, etc. Moreover, any type of update in the train arrival and departure for different metro stations is done instantly by this app. But still, I would like to mention here the train schedules for a complete week in the form of a table;Week Days | Train Time Schedules |
