Palm Jebel Ali followed with 43 villa sales worth AED 2.04 billion, while Emirates Living and Wadi Al Safa 3 rounded out the top five.
At the very top of the market, the most expensive apartment sold during the period was a 31,201 sq ft six-bedroom unit at Aman Residences in Jumeirah Second, which fetched AED 422 million. The priciest villa was a 44,903 sq ft seven-bedroom property at La Mer in Jumeirah First, sold for AED 350 million.
